    "content": "It has been brought to my attention that several individuals have had \ndifficulties in accessing/obtaining this file from my FTP site due to \nthe TCP wrappers that I have installed. These wrappers were used to \nreduced the number of intrusions that were occurring. However, they aslo \nlimit access based on specific criteria that not everyone is able to \naccommodate. Hence I have put the file in another location for those of \nyou who may still want this file.
