I got the original version of this Excel workbook on the web a few years ago, not sure where. Let me know if you'd like me to send you the template. QSO data is entered in one worksheet, and that data is used by another worksheet to format an ADIF output that can be copied/pasted into Notepad to create an ADIF-formatted text file.
