Turns out the gears \ninside had frozen on their shafts. A little penetrant and easy \npersuasion got things running smoothly again. No parts, just time. This \nrotor sees intermittent use as its attached to my portable rig, and must \nsit outdoors.There was a little bit of water in the bottom of the case, \nas the drain hole was gummed up a bit.
