    "content": "Congratulations on what appears to be a successful launch and satellite \ndeployment!!\n\nListened for Delfi-C3 from 0500 UTC to 0510 UTC here in Northern \nCalifornia on .870 and ,930 +/- 10 KHz and heard nothing - - - - but the \nsatellite was in eclipse until late in my pass and then it was getting \nnear the horizon. Just listened for Delfi-C3.\n\nPerhaps Alaska will have better luck!!!\n\nRegards...Bill - N6GHz\n\n\n",
