I installed the program last night, and then downloaded \nand copied the epoch and topr files into that directory. Epoch is \nindeed all caps on the download, but the file in my directory from the \ninstall had just the capital e. Upon copying and choosing the replace \noption in Vista, the capital e is retained with the rest lower case, and \nthe file works fine.
