    "content": "Hi!\n\nI will have an AMSAT table at the Superstition Amateur Radio Club's \nannual hamfest on Saturday morning, 3 December 2011.  This hamfest \nis in the southwestern parking lot of Mesa Community College, along\nthe east side of Dobson Road between Southern Avenue and the US-60 \nfreeway's exit 177 in Mesa AZ.  More information about the hamfest \nis available at: http://wb7tjd.org/hamfest/\n\nDuring the half-day event, WD9EWK will be on satellites for on-air\ndemonstrations.  AO-7 should be in mode B, and there will be passes\non SO-50 and VO-52 that I should be able to work.  If you hear me on \nthose passes, please free free to give me - and the hamfest crowd - \na call.  \n\nFor AO-7 and VO-52, I tend to start out about 10 kHz above the center \nof the passband, +/- for other activity and QRM.  If I hear no responses\nto my CQ calls, I will move around and try to work whoever I hear on the\npassband.  Maybe even in CW. The hamfest officially starts at 0530 local \ntime (1230 UTC), and I hope to be set up to work passes starting around \nthat time.  \n\nAs with my other satellite activities, I will be happy to confirm QSOs\nmade during these demonstrations.  I will upload the QSOs to LOTW \nshortly after the hamfest, and will mail out QSL cards for anyone \nwishing to receive one.  There is no need to first send me a card and \nSASE - just e-mail me the QSO details.
