    "content": "Hello Larry,\nthe reason could be that no speaker or headphones are plugged into the \ncomputer. Two other users reported the same error message and that was \nthe reason.\n\nSee also the FAQs file on my website www.dk1tb.de, Engl. page \"Downloads\":\n*\nk. Ole error 8004503A……*\nThe SatPC32 voice feature requires the Microsoft Speech SDK (for Windows \nXP: SAPI 5.1 ) to be installed on the PC. If it is missing you will get \nthe aforementioned error message. The SAPI 5.1 could  be downloaded for \nfree from the Microsoft web site:\nhttp://www.microsoft.com/reader/developers/downloads/tts.mspx\nUnfortunately this site is no longer available. But  you will find other \nlinks, search with the keywords \"SAPI 5.1 Download\".\n\nWindows 7 and 8 come with the Speech SDK installed.
