    "content": "Hi!\n\nThe Mexican Federal Telecommunications Commission (\"CoFeTel\"), \nMexico's \"FCC\", announced today that hams in Mexico have been \nauthorized the use of the 4B prefix for 2010, to commemorate \nboth the 200th anniversary of Mexican independence and the 100th \nanniversary of the Mexican Revolution.
