    "content": "Dear All AMSAT member,\n\nThere will be an opportunity to communicate with pecial callsign  E2QRP\nspecial event station IARU QRP Day by The Radio Amateur Society of Thailand\nunder the Patronage of His Majesty the King (RAST) using via the QO-100\namateur radio satellite and via Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellites that\nwindows pass over Thailand by amateur radio stations portable.\n\nThe RAST  hence invites AMSAT amateur radio satellite operators to join in\ncontacting the E2QRP special event station from June 16 , 2023 at 12.00 UTC\n(19.00 Thailand time) until June 18 , 2023 before at 5.00 UTC (12.00\nThailand of time)  using NB transponder CW/ SSB mode via QO-100 satellite\nand using FM CW/SSB mode via LEO satellites signals from the station E2QRP\n@location Kaeng Lan Rak Resort Kaeng Khoi  Saraburi.
