    "content": "Hi folks, i reloaded my Satpc32 program and did all the setup for radio and rotor etc( I use LVB tracker).  Now when I start the satellite program I get a message saying  “could not open Port 3) I checked the port and it says device working properly. Anyone know what I may be doing wrong?.
