"content": "Dear Folks:\n\nI have been able to get my computer and the Yaesu FT-736R to play nicely \ntogether, and indeed, have had several QSO's with the frequency \ncompensated for by the computer quite nicely (on both AO-7 and FO-29).  \nBut, I have now run into a problem.\n\nA few days ago, I was trying to hear myself on the downlink for FO-29.  \nI couldn't hear myself, and started adjusting the frequency controls on \nSatPC32 to try to find myself on the downlink.  I was completely unable \nto do it.  Then, I noticed that whenever I turned on the CAT control on \nthe software (the \"C+\" toggle), the receive frequency was jumping out of \nband (explains why I couldn't hear myself).  I looked on SatPC32, and it \nwas showing an out-of-band frequency for the downlink.\n\nI have since tried all sorts of things to get that downlink frequency \nback into the band and can't figure out how to do it. And, tonight, \nduring an FO-29 pass, I noticed that I could only change the uplink \nfrequency but the downlink frequency was stuck where it was (it was in \nthe middle of the downlink passband) and it wasn't being adjusted by the \ncomputer at all.  So, I suspect I've completely hosed up the CAT parameters.\n\nCan anyone send me an email ([email protected]) and walk me through \nthe process of getting SatPC32 properly working for CAT purposes?  Like \nI said, the hardware is working fine.  It's the software.  It's also the \nsysop. :-(\n\nI appreciate any help you can give me.\n\n73 de Bernie, KF0QS\n\n",
