    "content": "Hi all,\nFO-29 seems to be OFF ?\nThere are reports on http://oscar.dcarr.org\nto indicate that.\nDuring a pass with AOS at 1910 UTC here in Copenhagen \nwith a max. elevation of 30 degrees, I heard no signals \nfrom FO-29.\nThere was some noise at 435.850 MHz (corrected for doppler shift)\nin the start of the pass - but that was all ?\nIt may be something local.\n\nI did check 435.910 MHz as well - and no signal.\n\nHas anyone heard anything ?\n73 OZ1MY\nIb\n\n",
