    "content": "We would like to inform you, that PSAT-2/NO-104 transponder and SSTV \ncamera are still going strong. For a long time we were unable to command \nthe sat from Europe due to night passes and COVID restrictions. Now we \nwere able to refresh all the picture memories and we moved the timing of \ntransmissions so that when the sat detects PSK31 signals in uplink, it \ndownlinks the SSTV pictures more frequently and in MP73 format. Feel \nfree to experiment, we reccomend to transmit the PSK signal loop between \n400 and 1000Hz in downlink to accomodate between the beacons and SSTV \nsignals.\nWe are still offering interested stations the possibility to command the \ncamera and obtain the pictures of their side of the Earth.
