I have\na QSO with you on 30 December 2008 at 0129 UTC.  I was\nsouth of Phoenix standing on the DM32/DM42 boundary,\nand you questioned how I could be in two grids at once.  I\ndid not know at that time - and didn't know until this e-mail -\nthat you were just starting out on the satellites at that time.\n\nI was not on the pass where you made your first QSO.  I\nhave the audio from the pass where we worked for the first\ntime, and could send you an MP3 if you'd like a copy of it.\n\n> After year 1, I have 1500+ QSOs, 130+ unique grid squares and I'm still\n> hunting for my last five states.  I've made several friends that I QSO with\n> regularly, sometimes multiple times in a day.  I've enjoyed working the new\n> birds SO-67 and HO-68, unusual modes like AO-51 SSB/FM and I'm working to\n> get my S-Band set-up working and a couple of 70cm helix antennas built and\n> put into use (thanks to Mike/K9QHO for the info and encouragement).\n\nIt's been fun to work you in SSB via satellite, along with the\nmany QSOs on the FM birds.
