"content": "RS0ISS-4 is the Packet Beacon ID and Digipeater (Sometime RS0ISS-3 depending on the radio mode configuration). The simple way to use the Digi is use the alias (ARISS) in your path name which works for both modes.\n \nRS0ISS-11 is ID for the mailbox in the Kenwood D700. You need to have a very good station to use it in high usage areas due to all the collisions from ground stations.\n \nKenneth - N5VHO\n\n________________________________\n\nFrom: [email protected] on behalf of Bob Cutter\nSent: Tue 2/26/2008 9:43 AM\nTo: [email protected]\nSubject: [amsat-bb] RS0ISS-4 and RS0ISS-11\n\n\n\nWhat are the differences between these two?\n\n73, Bob KI0G\n\n\n ____________________________________________________________________________________\nBe a better friend, newshound, and\nknow-it-all with Yahoo!
