    "content": "Hi Rob,\n\nI just had a 50 degree pass at 1830 UTC and heard the CW beacon twice \nwith good signal strength. I was doing manually search tracking since I \nwanted to vet the tle's and they seem to be close to what you gave. The \nproblem is that the CW is on for about 10 seconds every 3 plus minutes \nor so.
