"content": "Hi all AO-51 users in Spain,\n\nDuring the last couple of month one of the largest sources of QRM \non AO-51 are unlicensed operators in Spain as far as I can tell.\nNow it is possible to hear them since the PL tone is not needed.\nI know it is not easy to get rid of them - but I would like you \nto identify the \"intruders\" and report them to your FCC.\nYou are many active users of the AO-51 FM repeater in Spain.\nTherefor it should be possible to find them and do something\nabout it.\n\nIf you do not want to report it to your FCC yourself, you can send your \nreports to me with city name, time and company names or other\ninformation to identify the intruders.\n\nThe 2 metre band is primary for radio amateur use - that should\nmake it possible to do something about the misuse.\n\nI feel that it is a great shame that AO-51 can not be used by \nlow power stations because of these unlicensed operators.\n\nSome of you have been active in removing problems coursed \nby radio amateurs before.\n\nYes - I know there are problems with stations in the Golf Area\nand from telephone networks in the Northern Russia both to\nAO-51 and to AO-27. Let us hope someone will look into\nthat.\n\nExcuse my English but it is not my native language as well.\n\nPlease no flames \n\n73 OZ1MY\nIb\n\n",
