    "content": "Hi,\n\nVery strong signals from UO-11 during the entire pass (2150 to 2202utc, 61\ndeg pass.) Up to 60db over S9 almost all pass.  (TS-2000, 10 el yagis,\npreamp at ant). Unfortunately, it's a \nvery low elevation pass, and probably will be difficult to decode, as it \ncontains a lot of noise.  However it's definitely UO-11.\n\nI'll be interested in receiving any other reports.  The frequency is \n145.826 MHz. Mode is FM.
