    "content": "Rick, I can't answer your question directly regarding the TLE's, but not long after launch I decoded telemetry on one pass and forwarded it to the team, of course.\n\nDespite monitoring for the next couple of weeks at every opportunity, I was never able to receive a signal from it again.
