My log website is something I programmed using\nColdFusion that runs under IIS and MS SQL. As I enter the contacts into my\nlogbook, the logbook queries QRZ for the information pertaining to that call\nsign and I can make adjustments such as grid etc, then hit save and it\ninserts a record into the QSL database which is then dynamically available\non the web. I have also added some other features like Google Mapping and\nPDF reports.\n\nThanks again and have a great day, hope to catch you on the satellites,\n73 Jeff - K7WIN\n\nFrom: Gary Schuchardt [mailto:[email protected]] \nSent: Saturday, March 29, 2008 7:49 AM\nTo: K7WIN - Jeff\nCc: [email protected]\nSubject: Re: [amsat-bb] Re: QSL CARD EXCHANGE\n\nJeff,\n \nFantastic success and logging system. Is this something you programmed or\nbought? I assume it is live and constantly updating as you record contacts.\nI am new to the satellite hobby. I have sent 306 cards and received 216 which is 70.59 percent and\nI am pretty satisfied with the return rate.\nhttp://log.k7win.net/Statistics.cfm\n \nI have worked 254 grids and 166 confirmed. I do return QSL requests either\nsame day or within 48 hours if I am in town. SASE is not necessary.\n \nOverall I think the community of Satellite operators are very courteous in\nsending QSO confirmations when requested. There are a few states that I have\nrequested QSL cards from that just seem to ignore my attempts so I will look\nfor those states again to complete my WAS certificate.\n \nI am still looking for Delaware, Rhode Island, South Carolina, and South\nDakota. If anyone is from those states please let me know.\n \nBest 73 and have a great day,\nK7WIN - Jeff\nDM41, Arizona\n \n \n \n_______________________________________________\nSent via [email protected].
