With the new \napplication it seems like they will accept cards at HQ for VUCC but there is \na cost. However, it doesn't state what to do if you take them to a card \nchecker? On Thursday, I had sent an e-mail to Bill Moore, head of the \nawards division at ARRL HQ, and haven't receive a reply back as of Saturday \nmorning.
