    "content": "I have been wondering whether occasional bursts of noise/data in the 23cm\nband are emanating from Galileo satellites as they seem to come from an\nantenna elevation above 20 degrees.  To help narrow things down I want to\nset up Nova with the Galileo satellites to see if there is any correlation\nwith the noise bursts.
