    "content": "It looks like it has some nice features including only downloading\nonly updates instead of all the data and a nice systematic way of\ndownloading decay information (which is new I think).\n\nThe one thing I am trying to figure out how it works is downloading\nupdates when one has multiple clients. Is the last login stored on the\nserver or on the client? Will I need to create separate accounts for\neach piece of software or merely maintain a cookie file?\n\nOn a related note, how widely available is space-track data? I realize\namsat, celestrak, and others have agreements to redistribute data.
