    "content": "Hi Dave!\n\nIt was certainly on during that first 29-Mar 05:17-06:07 UTC window last\nnight:\n\nhttps://twitter.com/scott23192/status/1111509254664581121\n\n... and sounded pretty good.  I did notice that it wasn't very tolerant of\ngetting too far off freq (doppler) on the uplink and also needed a bit more\nelevation than some of the other FM satellites.  So, be prepared for some\ndrop-outs if you're not strong on the uplink.
