    "content": "Hello \nI am running an IC-821 with Satpc32 software\nOccasionally when I am using 2 meters as the uplink\nthe radio will jump down exactly 400k cycles on the transmit\nThe software shows the correct freq, but the radio is off by minus 400K \n\nTo prevent this I usually  have to turn the CAT off and use the radio \nmanually to track the freq.\n\nIt certainly is not the end of the world to do this, but I sure would appreciate\nany advice that would allow me to keep the CAT connected. \n\n\nThanks from cold and snowy MN\n\nSteve Howard  AB0XE\n",
