    "content": "Folks\n\nCurrent firmware (0.9) is here:\n\nhttp://www.g6lvb.com/Articles/LVBTracker/LVBTrackPIC16V0.9.hex \n\nI sincerely recommend upgrading any devices with firmware prior to 0.9 - I\ndon't know what or when it happened, but I believe that a COM port driver\nupdate over the past year or so within the Windows OS made the RS-232 port\nspeed rather more picky. Due to a schoolboy error on my part, I'd had a bug\nin there since the year dot that meant the PIC's baud rate generator was\nloaded with a slightly inaccurate value.
