    "content": "Vince's LED fix is the right one!  However, several years ago, I was fixing\nmine, and noticed the bulbs have series resistors which are not shown in the\nschematic.  I had spare bulbs from Yaesu, and replaced the resistors at the\nsame time with the next higher standard value. (33 ohms to 39 ohms, or\nsomething close.)  The loss in output was negligible, and they have yet to\nburn out.
