    "content": "I, of course, have a few comments.\n\nWhile I'm not much in favor of an expansion, the ARRL is having enough problems administering the awards they all ready offer.\n\nI would suggest you pattern any expansion along the lines of the DXCC Challange, total of band grids.  The second thought would be a multiplier for the shorter wave lengths.  Lastly what about the bands such as 70 mhz which are not international allocations.\n\n\n\nTom K8TL\n",
