    "content": "We heard Jugnu the last two nights between 5 and 9 PM UTC. We think\nthe beacon may be turning off periodically due to a shortage of power.\nI dont know what the period of the cycle is since we don't have enough\ndata points to reach a reasonable conclusion. There is no good reason\nfor it to be a 24 hour cycle, so its possible its also turning on at\ntimes when we dont have visibility here. I'll update the list after\ntonight's passes as to whether the thing is actually cyclical as per\nvisibility from our station. The data we have could also fit a\nscenario where it is audible only for a time after satellite enters\neclipse, which makes some sense but seems unlikely.
