    "content": "[Re-posted on behalf of Paolo HB9TYP]\n\nHi All,\n\nTIsat-1 HB9DE is to be launched aboard the Indian PSLV-C15\n                  on 12th July 2010\nfrom the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota (SDSC-SHAR),\nAndhra Pradesh, India.\n\nThe lift off is at 03:52 UTC and the TIsat-1 is to be injected\ninto orbit around 04:11 UTC.\nThe CW beacon would be transmitting at the earliest at 04:26 UTC,\n15 minutes after separation from the launcher.\nBeacon Frequency is 437.305 MHz (400 mW).\n\nThe predicted TLE for TIsat-1 is as follows:\nTIsat-1\n1 99998U 10034Y   10193.17708333  .00002592  00000-0  35304-3 0 00007\n2 99998 098.1177 252.3288 0008033 272.0048 315.2117 14.78702228001648\n\nDuring its first orbit, starting about 04:50 UTC, stations around West\nand North Mexico, Western Coast of US, followed by Canada, Alaska, North\nand Central Asia  would be able to receive the beacon signal.\n\nWe kindly request stations over these regions to listen on to the beacon\nfrequency and provide us with their valuable reports.
