    "content": "Listening to this pass right now, using Mineo's keps. Quite audible\nwith very few fades from 5 deg. with a 1/4 wave vertical and a\nmast-mounted preamp. Telemetry does have a 5 second period about every\nminute or so when it goes off. The keps are not yet suitable for\ndoppler tuning: I'm tuning up by 2kHz right now.
