"content": "I purchased Nova for Windows software years ago, planning to become \nactive in satellite operations. Years passed before I finally made my first\nQSO just weeks ago. I've been using SATPC32 but also wanted to have Nova \non my computer to help me better visualize upcoming passes.\n\nI sent an e-mail to the software maker, seeking to have my registration \nupdated and offering to to pay for new registration. No response was \nreceived.\nThen I decided to simply order a new copy of the software from the ARRL \nStore. I ordered the software along with some books. The books were\nreceived last week but the software was listed as being \"on back order\".\n\nThe web site contains no shopping cart or provision for registering the \nsoftware through online payment such as PayPal.\n\nDoes anyone know what's going on? Would love to purchase or pay for an \nupgrade to my original license, but they're not making it\neasy. :-)\n\n-- \n--\n73,\n\nLes Rayburn, N1LF\n121 Mayfair Park\nMaylene, AL 35114\nEM63nf\n\n6M VUCC #1712\nAMSAT #38965\nGrid Bandits #222\nSoutheastern VHF Society\nCentral States VHF Society Life Member\nSix Club #2484\n\nActive on 6 Meters thru 1296, 10GHz & Light\n\n",
