    "content": "WOW!\n\n\tNice to have such a knowledge base to work with!\n\n\tI want to thank all of you who responded and gave me info and links\nto some inexpensive goodies to get the rotors under computer control.\n\n\tFor anyone else who is lurking in the wings and reading the mail,\nhere is what I got for a short list and links where applicable.\n\n\tFOD track boards.  Boards available from Far Circuits,\nhttp://www.farcircuits.net  \n\t\n\tAMSAT tracker. AMSAT carries the LVB tracker:\n\n\thttp://wa4sxm.googlepages.com/home\n\nIt uses the same protocol, can be configured for either USB or serial port,\nand goes assembled for around $200, and can be had in various versions of\ncompletion for less.\n\n\tARRL Sat Tracker 688 boards.\n\thttp://www.arrl.org/FandES/tbp/ariss-kits/\n\tThis is probable for the price it is looking like about the most\ninexpensive solution.\n\n\tUni_Trac.\n\thttp://www.etelectronics.com/html/uni_trac.html\n\nNice but NOT inexpensive.\n\n\tPrimetec Primesat Controler.\n\thttp://www.primetec.pt/products.php?sec=2&cat=3&prod=12&lang=en\n\nVery nice but break out the bucks cause it ain't cheep!\n\n\tSo, there you have it.\n\n\tStill modeling the current antennas (Old Cushcraft Oscar twins) and\nlooking them over to see what needs servicing or parts and weighing if they\nget used or replaced with something homebrew (and better).\n\tHopefully, when it cools down a bit in the fall here in Phoenix I\ncan get up on the roof and put this mess together and be ready for what ever\nAMSAT puts into space.  :>)\n\n\tAgain, to all that responded, a big THANK YOU!\n\n\tBest 72,73,\n\n\t\n\nMichael Baker  K7DD\[email protected]\n\n\n\n",
