"content": "Hi all,\nRight now AO-51 is running with a second repeater, \nfor QRP stations here over Europe.\nYesterday and today I have listened - and the uplink is \npartially blocked by a station in the south of Ukraine or \nsomewhere with the same latitude.\nYesterday with a long conversation in a language that sounded \nlike Russian to me.\nToday there was nobody talking but a clean carrier from the same region.\n\nBUT - there were stations in Arab ? from North Africa ?\nThe usual QRM from misuse in Spain - when AO-51 had cleared that \nin a more northern position it works very well even with my \nQRP station with 3 W and an omnidirectional antenna :-)\n\nI would very much appreciate help to identify and stop the \nproblem. As it is now, QRP stations will have a very hard time \nusing the second repeater.\n\nPlease no flames - I just try to make AO-51 more usefull to \nall of us.\n73 OZ1MY\nIb\n\n",
