    "content": "Finally this morning I made a LilacSat contact with WI9I on orbit 172 a few minutes ago.\n\nI found that switching to left handed circular polarization and turning the RIT to about 5 khz offset then I started hearing something.\nThe elevation was about 20 degrees but the signal was still very noisy.\nThen I noticed that when the satellite got to a higher elevation I started to hear stronger signals from AA5PK.\n\nAt this time the rec signal was better but then I could not get a signal into the bird.\n\nMy guess is that as the keps get better that my antenna aiming will get better and then signals should be better.\n\nJust have to wait and see.\n\nPerry WB8OTH",
