    "content": "I've been struggling with WiSP since day one. I have a IC-821H and TNC\nmodel KAM-XL and have not been able\nto get it to communicate with any satellite although I heard the bird\nCW. Is there any setting required on\nmy radio and TNC to using WiSP?
