    "content": "Actually -\n\nthose of us in the rural area get the Internet by one of 2 ways.\n\n1. dial up, slow but just like sunset it finely get's here.\n\n2. satellite.  With a bandwidth limit - once limit is reached\nspeed slows down to that of dial up or one \"must\" pay\nmore for the service.\n\nHaving said that how about just using that \"DELETE KEY\"\nbefore the post is sent. That way no one is bothered.\n\nIt's so easy that even Ray Charles could see this.\n\nThe person re posting is the one that needs to use and \nlearn where that DELETE is not the person reading.\n\nThere is no 2nd option for us.\n\n\n\n\n",
