Then right click \non the file name \"setup\" and choose the option \"Run as administrator\", \neven if you are the administrator.\nUnder Windows 7 and higher the Windows Explorer displays the content of \nthe ZIP file. That is no extraction, hower, and clicking on \"setup\" \ncauses the errro message.
