This\npromotion can be misleading to many who buy this radio believing it has\nsome magical ability to perform any better than any other dualband HT\nprogrammed for \"split\" (semi-duplex.)\n\nThe radio itself is not the problem. It's the misperception that buying\nthis HT will equate to success that leaves many frustrated.\n\nLet's set realistic expectations. Semi-duplex does work but it's not\nideal.
