    "content": "At 13:00 UTC Voice of Korea (North Korean shortwave) is still reporting the\ninformation Satoshi reported below.  They also claim the satellite has been\nturned on and is broadcasting the Song of the Great Leader, or something\nlike that.  They stated a UHF transponder will be turned on soon?\n\nThey also talked about the American beast, and the evils of Japan.
