When I worked in the oil industry, pipe sizes like\nwhat you're looking for were common, so it's not unusual for that to\nbe in stock somewhere.\n\nChances are those places might have leftover pieces of random lengths\nin their inventories.  They might be glad to get rid of them as they\ntake up space in their warehouses and there's little call for shorter\nlengths unless it's for something that they happen to be working on.\nThe possibility of finding something suitable increase if wall\nthickness isn't important.\n\nYou could contact a metal or pipe dealer as you might be required to\nbuy a full length (often 20 feet).
