"content": "I'd really like to upgrade my attic mounted antennas for satellite work. \n(Completely hooked on the birds at this point!)\n\nI have a tripod rotor system that I can dedicate to nothing but a 2 \nMeter and 432 antenna, preamps, and AZ/EL rotor. Among the antennas that \nI've been looking at\nare the Wimo X-Quad antennas with phasing harnesses.\n\nwww.wimo.com\n\nJust wondering if other satellite operators have used these antennas, \nand what your experience has been like? Is there another antenna system \nthat I should\nconsider instead? Outside mounting is impossible due to HOA, and antenna \nlength is a factor too.\n\n\n-- \n--\n73,\n\nLes Rayburn, N1LF\n121 Mayfair Park\nMaylene, AL 35114\nEM63nf\n\n6M VUCC #1712\nAMSAT #38965\nGrid Bandits #222\nSoutheastern VHF Society\nCentral States VHF Society Life Member\nSix Club #2484\n\nActive on 6 Meters thru 1296, 10GHz & Light\n\n",
