    "content": "Hi All,\n\nI am interested in hearing about the types of equipment in the various \nstations of those of you who capture telemetry from the amateur radio \nsatellites.\nMy general purpose is to have an understanding of the \"typical \nstation\".  The information will be useful in our design of ground \ntelemetry formats for AMSAT satellites.\n\nIf you are an active telemetry gatherer could please respond with a \nshort description of the equipment you use to receive the various \nsatellite telemetry to include\nAntenna - type, polarization, if yagi number of elements\nPreamp - yes or no\nRig - Make, model\nOutput from rig i.e. packet port, auxiliary audio, discriminator tap, etc.\nPC Capture device - build in sound card, if add in or external sound \ncard then make and model\n\nThank you for your help!\n\n-- \nJerry Buxton, NØJY\n\n",
