    "content": "Hi Jean-Pierre!\n\nI assume that's 1KUNS-PF on 437.300 but as many others are saying on\nTwitter, the signal looks like 1k2 BPSK (USB).\n\nHowever, as of the time I'm writing this, it doesn't look like it's\ndecoding for anyone, including myself.  I even tried it with LSB \"just in\ncase\".\n\nMy packets were fairly strong and the 9k6 FSK signals from Irazu (436.500)\nand UBAKUSAT (437.325) decoded just fine.\n\nSo, as for the transmissions on 437.300, if they are 1k2 BPSK then perhaps\nthere is some corruption.
