    "content": "Hello all.\n\nI was on one of the early apsses of FO-29 this morning and was\nhaving a QSO with another ham about which frequency to tune\nfor doppler. Both of us went LOS without comming to a mutual\nagreement on this.\n\nThis question has been asked before, I'm sure, but I thought\nthat I would ask it again.\n\nMy thinking, and the way that i have set things up is that I\nhave SatPC32 tunining the higher frequency doppler only. I\ndon't tune the lower frequency at all.\nIn the case of FO-29, I only tune the downlink freq (UHF. I do\nleave the TX freq alone. Is this correct?\n\nSatPC32 seems to do a great job tuning along with most\nstations but my question to the group is that when you are on\na satellite such as VO-52 which has the pair reversed, do you\ncontinue to tune the higher frequency (uplink) or do you tune\nthe lower frequency (downlink).\n\nWhat is the preferred decorum?\n\nAlso, for those SatPC32 users....\n\nWhen you set the program up to tune either the uplink or the\ndownlink doppler, is this a global setting that applies to all\nof the satellites that you have in your list or are the\nsettings unique for each bird?\n\nThanks,  Peter VA3PK\n\n\n\n",
