    "content": " \nI succeded to decoded the AO-51 TLM and GO-32 TLM\nusing UISS and AGWPE softwares with soundcard .\n \n9k6 bps seem works fine with soundcard !\n\nsome where I have read ,It is impossible to decode 9k6 by\nsoundcard ! but it seem ok with my RX experment from sat.\nAnd in shack TX experement was ok between 2 setup using\na soundcard at one end and on the other end a TNC at 9k6 speed.\nfor more info and snapshot see my weblink\n \nhttp://www.st2nh.com/satellites\n \nI wish if some one add a module to UISS for pacsat .\nso we can work PACSAT with soundcard!!\n\nOr if WISP work under AGWPE we can use soundcard for pacsat.\n \n73 DE  Nader , ST2NH\nwww.st2nh.com\n \n\n\n\n\n\n      \n",
