    "content": "HamTV Bulletin #13\nApril 14, 2014\n\nHam Video Commissioning completed\n\nThe final Ham Video Commissioning Pass was performed flawlessly \nSunday April 13 at 18.23 UTC.\n\nISS Commander Koichi Wakata operated OR4ISS while ground stations \nG4KLB, F6DZP, IK1SLD and KI (Livorno) received the signals and \nstreamed the video over the BATC server. The DATV signal was received \nfor about 6 minutes.\n\nCommander Wakata congratulated ARISS for this achievement and \nanswered a series of questions, prepared in the manner of a school \ncontact.
