    "content": "Just got off CAS-4A at 2211 Z  on 2021-12-16 and noticed that the satellite was intermittent . seemed be transmitting normal for 10-15 seconds and then cut out for 10-15 seconds.  However when normal, it had a very good downlink signal ! Hope this is a temporary thing  which will correct itself !\n\n\n",
