    "content": "I have two Icom 706 mkllg transceivers to use for satellites that have not been used in more than 10 years. Is their anything I should do to condition them before exposing them to 12-13 volts DC?\r\n\r\nAlso I have numerous old tv rotors to use for tracking satellites.
