He records most of the passes.\nYou can listen to the passes and get a good sense of the cadence of \nthe contacts,\ngood operating practices, what birds are most active, etc.\n\nHave you looked through the various getting started articles on the \nAMSAT web site ==> http://www.amsat.org/amsat-new/information/faqs/\n\nMake sure you have a good tracking program and your computer clock is \nsynchronized\nwith a reliable time source.
